NightOwl Medical is an innovative California-based virtual healthcare platform delivering physician-led pediatric and adult telehealth during late-night hours (9 PM–4 AM PST), when emergency rooms are overcrowded and traditional urgent care clinics are closed. NightOwl Medical required a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient intake and video consultation portal engineered for zero downtime, rapid doctor matching, and friction-free cash-pay checkouts.

We engineered a modern, high-availability digital health portal that connects acute patients with board-certified physicians in under 15 minutes, featuring real-time queue status and encrypted medical record workflows.
